Great location after a long hike with nice staff and storage for the day we went to Machu Picchu, can only recommend!

The staff was very accommodating. We were stuck overnight because of the train accident and booked the room at the train station and walk down to the hotel. They were waiting for us and showed us right to our room

The views were very nice, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and super helpful.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, beds are comfortable. Its at the and of town so the property is quiet, yet near everything.

The staff is very helpful, patient and friendly. We were traveling with our almost 2 year-old daughter and they were very accommodating. The breakfast is tasty, with fresh fruit and quinoa pancakes. The coffee is excellent.

The location is perfect, the staff was super great, very helpful and kind. They help with your luggage and made our stay very pleasant. Carmen in the front desk was a super star and went out of her way to make us more comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were also very kind. Look forward to our stay here again. Thank you so much

The owner was super nice for everything, and especially gave us accessories made from stone which has Inca power! We went to Machu Picchu the next day with that necklace which has a great fortune.

Location was perfect! Close to the train, 1 min walk to Ministry of Culture, and right at the bus loading for Machu Picchu. Nice breakfast. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water (just had to wait a few minutes for it to turn hot). They held my bags until i left in the afternoon. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend and could not have asked for a better stay in Aguas Calientes!

Very nice hotel, close to the train station and the bus station for Machu picchu, good breakfast, clean and cosy rooms.

The staff are amazing and so helpful, kind, and accommodating. This was exactly what we needed arriving late after days of hiking. Good breakfast that caters to your preferences, welcome drink, washing service, knowledge about the area and Machu Picchu processes. Nice roof top and good view from our room.

Best location and well maintained

Kudos to Enzo — he went above and beyond what you would normally expect from hotel staff. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the ambiance of the hotel was warm and relaxing. Overall, the service and atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.

The room was big enough, I received a free upgrade with a Jacuzzi that was really amazing after several days of tracking. Location is very convenient close to main square and a few steps from the Machu Pichu ticket office. Staff really helpful and welcoming. My stay was really pleasant,

I liked everything, staff was exceptionally helpful. They met me in the train station and helped me with my luggage. And I loved their breakfast :)
