Stayed there few times , location is excellent, close to the major shopping Center

Everything was perfect. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small medical emergency and a nurse was there within 5 minutes to help.

The location is the best if you want to go shopping in Manila.

I love how courteous the staff are and I love that the place smelled so good. I'm so grateful that they were able to accommodate a last minute booking. I booked a standard, 1 bed room and it's small as expected. Still a comfortable place. It's located right in the heart of Makati, where the Ayala malls are easily within reach.

The hotel is in very good in terms of cleanliness & Condition. All the staff have the same warmth and hospitality just like when we stayed there 3 years ago, they are so consistent. breakfast options is balanced and fulfilling. The location is very close and accessible to Ayala Center.

Everything! Expect the way they are serving breakfast. They should have a full Buffet instead of Menu à la carte

Decent place and good location in clean and nice area. Room was a good size and they also had a pool and small gym. Starbucks downstairs was handy for a coffee too.
