Very clean and spacious and great location

We had a really lovely one-night stay at Grand Hyatt Manila. The king suite was huge, comfortable, and beautifully laid out. It felt calm and private, which made it easy to relax even with such a short stay. We had Christmas Eve dinner at The Lounge and enjoyed the cozy, festive vibe. The food was well done and the service felt warm and attentive without being overbearing. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight too. The buffet had plenty of choices, from local favorites to classic breakfast staples, and everything we tried tasted fresh. Overall, the experience felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. It’s the kind of hotel you leave wishing you had booked an extra night.

Location, fast check in and check out, courteous staff, club access was amazing. Would definitely book Seda when I’m back at BGC.

Ambience,cleanliness of rooms and the very helpful and accommodating staff from the always smiling receptionist,bellboys, maintenance men and the room cleaners,who will work out of their way just to satisfy each and every guest,that their stay would not only become comfortable but a memorable one,even the security personnel were so polite and very attentive.from the lobby to the basement guards, were basically doing everything just to feel that they were there to cover your back for any eventuality,you feel that they are not just for the service of the hotel but for the safety and security of each and every paying guest.And this I gave the highest regard for such an impeccable room service,security and safety not just for some but for all tenants...Continue on and strive to be more in tune with the positive outlook and this hotel will reach greater height above over and beyond PERFECTION...

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was so clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. The room also provided a nice view of the Pasig River and city lights at night. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. and it was fun being so close to Rockwell for shopping and dinning. The host helped us with directions a couple of times. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

There is enough drinking water during my stay.

We love the garden view. We first stayed here in December 2023. It's like we're out of town in that little space.

Let's start with the location: it's superb. Literally wedged between the posh and modern districts of Makati and BGC, each is within ten minutes walk to the happening and cool retail, dining and entertainment options. Just 15 minutes up the road is Guadeloupe MRT (the fab elevated metro system) for easy access to downtown and the rest of Metro Manila. Additionally, there's a 7-11 round the corner, the apt's in a really friendly neighbourhood where you're bound to meet lovely locals. And I'm happy to report, after staying here for almost a month, the location is super safe; even walking around at 2am I never felt unsafe! The apartment itself is really modern, kept spick and span, and you'll find the other residents and guests nice and friendly (a mixture of Filipinos and foreigners). There's a resident caretaker (Lem) and handyman (Harold). Both are so friendly, chatty and work really hard keeping the place looking great. In fact, I really got to know Lem really well: in the morning we would always greet each other and often during the day we'd bump into each other and have a fun conversation. Harold is also really friendly and full of smiles. If there's any issues or you want any advice Lem won't hesitate to assist. They're both a massive asset to their company! I'll miss them, especially my morning chats with Lem. Regarding my apartment, I was highly satisfied. It was really comfortable, extremely quiet, just the right size (for a single person), extremely clean, with some conveniences like a fridge, microwave and kettle. There's cutlery, mugs, glasses, etc to make your stay extra homely. The water pressure is great, wifi is perfect, and aircon efficient. For clothes washing there's a free to use washing machine downstairs. Fir those who like to keep fit you'll also find a decent free to use gym. The lift may be slow but it'll get you to your floor 😉.

Simple, clean and friendly staff

Clean, friendly staff, great amnesties especially the rooftop, 5 mins away from 7/eleven, its quite difficult to book on weekends so better to book earlier not last minute. Location is great, between Makati and BGC.

The host was responsive, the location is great near malls and lots of food choices

It was near Grand Hyatt just a mere 2-3 min walk and just beside Landers so getting groceries is a breeze. The unit has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which meabt my friend and I got ourselves our own bathrooms, and one even has a bath tub. It is a serviced apartment not a hotel but when we tried filtering hotels only, the unit appeared. Nontheless, all is good and we enjoyed our stay..

The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently near for the week-long event that I attended.
