I actually never review anything as I travel every other week to a place and it would simply take too much of my time. This was truly exceptional and worth my time and review! I am staying in 5 star hotels all around the globe for my job but this is I think honestly the best I have ever stayed in. Can't think of one thing that did not exceeded my expectation.

My stay there was overall great. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and kind. For a person who loves to eat rice for breakfast, the breakfast buffet was great and satisfying.

Walkable location to almost every place within the south and west triangle. It’s also not hard to locate.

Staff were pleasant to deal with, room was clean and exceeded my expectations. Great central location that was easy to access, breakfast was great and plenty on offer to cater to different tastes. I can't wait to return again!

Prime location—very close to numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and malls. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room due to their scheduled maintenance. The facilities are well maintained, especially impressive for a boutique hotel that has been around for years. I arrived past midnight because my return flight was delayed, yet the staff still welcomed me graciously. I also appreciate how thoughtful they are about guest convenience—they deliver GrabFood orders straight to your room at no extra charge. During checkout, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly and engaging; he even offered iced tea while I waited for my ride home. I will definitely stay here again whenever I need a place to stay in QC.

We did not avail breakfast. Location is good. Bed is comfy and room was neat and spotless. There is a water dispenser for hot and cold in the floor lobby near the elevator.

accessibility of the location , service staff that is food service was fast , front office people , they are very very nice .

Breakfast is ok for the price. Hot shower and clean CR. Location is very good just a short walk to SM North. Jollibee and 7-eleven on ground floor, Thai Royalle Massage, ATM, Savemore next to the hotel building. Customer service is very good.

The staff are friendly. They helped me re-book for another day and let us stay on our same room.
