Very clean and accommodating staff and courteous

They provided us the room we requested. They're accommodating, friendly and helpful. Frontdesk isnvery friendly and polite. She was able to help us retrieve one of our things that we left in the room.

An old hotel but it’s clean, spacious rooms, aircons are working well, location is perfect.

Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was good, and the room offered great value for money considering the generous square footage and convenient Ortigas location.

The property is in a very good location where everything is accessible even the transportation. The unit is so comfortable and beautifully decorated which gave us a feeling of being at home. Ms Rose anne is very accommodating and always respond so quickly and so kind. Building staff are also very nice.
