United StatesWe didn't eat breakfast at the property. I had an early flight out of ILO and needed to get to the airport. The room was perfect for myself and 2 other friends. There was a queen sized bed and a twin sized bed in the room. The shower area was large and it worked well. The location was good, not far from the SM mall, but we didn't check in until after 8 pm and the mall was soon to close.

The location is convenient, being close to SM City Iloilo and Megaworld. The unit is simple but equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, except for a TV, which wasn’t an issue for me. I also appreciated the smart door lock, as it eliminates the hassle of carrying or forgetting keys. The condominium staff are friendly, and the pools are well maintained. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing staycation. Sorry, I forgot to take photos of the unit.

Second time renting a condo in SMDC Styles Residences. The main advantage is that the property is very close to SM City Iloilo, which makes grabbing food, groceries, and pasalubong easy. The condo itself is cozy, nice facilities and comfortable bed. Overall a very good experience.

Accessible to and from the airport. Hotel is just across SM City Iloilo and transportation are available just outside the hotel going to tourist destinations. Room given has an incredible view of Iloilo skyline.

First time renting a condo unit. I usually rent hotels when I go back home to Iloilo. It did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable and very convenient since it is near SM city Iloilo. The proximity of 24/7 restaurants also make food deliveries fast, even in the wee hours of the morning. The owner is also responsive and answers questions promptly. Will choose this property again when I go home. Hopefully it is available by then 🤞.

Due to its recent construction, the hotel's amenities should be spotless and new. This might also be the cause of the need to provide extra directions to many cab drivers.
Although it does not serve breakfast, it is ideally situated close to several stores and eateries. SM City Iloilo is nearby as well. Should you need to go downtown, you can always politely ask the guards to send a cab to pick you up.

Everything! It is one of the best hotels we've been to. Huge suite, delicious breakfast buffet, connected to SM City Iloilo, all are convenient and we really had a great stay!

Its proximity to SM City Iloilo- it’s literally across the road! There’s an overpass that you can utilise to safely cross to the other side. It’s also about 30 mins away from the airport on a non-traffic day. 7-11 is also conveniently located beside the hotel entrance.
