They are very kind in welcoming and also upgraded my rooms before asking which was nice of them. the premises is very clean and is accessible to several business centers including the entrance to the mall in the same 4th floor.

Best price of all the hotels near Smart Araneta Coliseum for my 24-hr stay. Just walking distance from it. All the staff are friendly and allowed me to check in earlier than the expected time of arrival. No complaints about the facilities and the options that came with the package for this booking. For the price, you won't find a better deal. Will book again if ever I need a place to stay to watch another concert. 😁 It is near a 7-11, Mang Inasal, Jollibee, and Dunkin Donuts so you a lot of choices for food or a quick coffee. Oh, and they also have a working bidet, which is a huge plus for me (not sure for the other lower-priced rooms as I rented a Premium room on the 3rd floor).
