Kids enjoyed the pool area and kid town as well and the outdoor playground . Great walk in closet , clean rooms .

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times while visiting Karpacz. Easy access to the lifts and trails. Close by places for dining. Easy walk to the shopping area of town.

Good location, close to gas station, restaurants and a zabak store. Nice and friendly stuff, clean our room everyday. Good breakfast.

Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, fast wifi, desk with chair, sofa. Variety of great food for breakfast and several options for a dinner. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. It is possible to actively spend time by playing table tenis, billiard, swimming pool, sauna (several types). Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with my wife and our 9 month old son for 7 nights in this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. I can't say anything negative, everything was amazing - our room, super rich breakfast and dinner, incredibly large wellness area, hotel location, simply a perfect family vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back, because we enjoyed our stay to the fullest 🙏🙏👍👍

Room was clean, cleaned out daily. The design is dated, but functional with comfy beds and pillows. What's worth noting is silence during night time. Breakfast was good. The spa is small but sufficient, massages are performed exceptionally well. Location is near perfect.
