It was a birthday surprise stay and my spouse was thrilled,We enjoyed our stay very much!! The facilities are wonderful and well kept The staff were so helpful, kind and nice. We booked half borad and let me tell you, the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was amazing! Thank you all very much for a lovley stay

We love Tivoli Hotels and were so happy to stay at the Kopke! Exceptional service, caring staff, beautiful accommodations and great location. We had the best view from our room. Close to the Port houses, downtown restaurants and a lovely walk to Porto ( also take a cable car for the views). But honesty- the best of everything was right at this hotel. Do not miss the spa!!! The views and treatments both! Breakfast, dinner, the bar and the staff, room service … All lovely! We also enjoyed are delicious welcome port, kind note and traditional pastel de nata Special shout out to Pia and Francisca for getting medical help and running to the pharmacy when my husband injured his back. We felt very cared for and were in good hands. Book your stay here! You won’t be sorry!

Staff were friendly and super helpful and the location is hard to beat.

It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!

Location is central, many restaurants and shops around the area. Staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were nice and complete amenities.

It is located in the very heart of old town and is very quiet at the same time. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Coffee with pastries is available throughout the day.

Perfect location and clean hotel

The property was in the heart of Porto’s tourist area and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the river, and other activities.

ICON Duplo Ribeira Hotel was a wonderful surprise. The location is ideal, right in the historic center and steps from the Douro. The room had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and much better than the usual hotel standard. The whole place has a distinctive fragrance that you notice as soon as you walk in, adding to the experience. Staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt both stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy Porto with charm and detail.
