Location is central, many restaurants and shops around the area. Staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were nice and complete amenities.

The room was clean, with many amenities and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a very central position, and the metro station is right next to it.

The location was spectacular right in the middle of downtown very close to the station. This was exceptionally helpful because it was raining that day. Although it says check-in is from 3 PM we were able to check in from 2 PM. The next day there was a space where you can put your luggage which was a great.

Nice location and great value. There was AC, and with windows closed its not so noisy, though being in the heart of downtown its expected some noise at night, better to stay a bit further out if you want calmer atmosphere in the surroundings. Felt very safe and welcomed by the owners.

The best location ever. I just wanted to stay more but it was reserved and I couldn't enjoy staying there. They also helped me that keep my stuff for some hours.

Brand new building in top location Rua Flores..smells new, really nice! Loved the warm and professional welcome and also all the treats and special offers that the team had for me (eye pads and socks really a plus after a walking day). The room is 100% as photos and as described, everything is well decorated (the main stairwell case is something I never saw ...so beautiful) , great view, really wonderful ! Being Christmas time everything is more special. As a plus sleeping in a Hastens bed with a special heavy blanket its really a different feeling and experience .. my firts time but I really enjoyed- I asked the team the brand (Blanky) and I'm going to buy one for my house :-) Thank you all for everything!

Location, history of the building

This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, nestled right in the heart of the vibrant city, yet steeping inside feels like entering a peaceful sanctuary. The architecture is a highlight of cultural heritage elements. It’s not just a stay; it’s an experience of timeless charm. Our room was impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The breakfast though not the buffet style was a delightful affair—delicious, varied, and thoughtful prepared with great attention to detail. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service, the manager. Ajita was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring . We highly recommend this hotel to our friends and look forward to return.

The hotel is a beautiful old building meticulously updated. Our room was bright and very clean. The heavy wood shutters block out all the light and most of the noise from the street below. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views of the city below. (There’s some construction going on that makes the view a little less nice but it’s temporary). The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind.

Very well located near Sao Bento station. The staff are very helpful and readily provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room is modern, large and clean, wifi worked well and the showers had great water pressure. Bed was also very large and comfortable. The provided breakfast had a good spread too.

Everything. And last but not least , the staff. Very helpful, and extremely polite. Specially Ritc and Pedro. Everyone was special but with the mentioned above we have to do most during our stay

Location can’t be beat. Friendly front desk people. Decent breakfast .
