The location, The space and the staff. This hotel is just 5 min walk from Dhauby Ghaut And the staffs are very helpful. I booked a room for three person and the space is massive for asian. It wasn’t crowded and it was very clean.

The staff were some of the best I’ve experienced at a top hotel! The hotel decor and facilities were also incredible.

The lounge is the best place to spend quiet time!!!

They are so accommodating, we made a special request and they tried their best to make it for us and they even went beyond our expectations. So clean, the sheets doesn’t smell. The best!

Location...is good, a lot of things are nearby...abundance of food stalls,restaurants,supermarket and even the transportations is nearby.. Room...is always clean..cleaning personnel would always come to keep the room clean and tidy.. Breakfast...no comment..( I eat simple..)

There's a train station right outside the front door. So easy getting back & fourth from the airport.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room was beautiful, and the outdoor shower was definitely a highlight — they blended the Singapore heat with a jungle-like vibe in such a clever and relaxing way. The outdoor pool was absolutely divine as well. Everything was spotless throughout our stay, and the location couldn’t have been better — just two blocks from Orchard Road with plenty of great food options around. It became one of the highlights of our trip to Singapore, and I 100% recommend staying here. I also loved that the hotel provides refillable water bottles you can fill with cold water and ice — an amazing detail for those hot Singapore days. All the toiletries and amenities were high-quality and thoughtfully selected. I truly loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We absolutely love this hotel! Everything was fantastic—the room was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing too, with a mall just a 5-minute walk away. We even walked to Orchard Road! For the same price we paid at another hotel, this one was perfect in every way. If (or rather, when) I go back to Singapore, I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was Greta and have amazing staff, I think if you have staff like that in any business you’ll be successful, thanks to them.
