My room was so cute,cozy&comfortable. Loved it. Location is very good. Moreover I loveed all the staffs and their kind approach. Special thanks and gratitudes to Dear Letitia, Adham, Thomas, Nadyah, Jay, Sheirly, Yun Hao and Miza for their lovely surprise&kind gesture for my belated bday which meant a lot to me🙏🏼🫰🏻 I would stay in Amoy if I ever visit Singapore again.

The location was perfect - right by the metro station and within walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are extremely clean. We stayed on 26th floor and had a wonderful view of the city. We will definitely come back.

It’s right on the bus route even hop on hop off bus. Room was clean beds comfortable. Staff was great w knowledge about what to do where to go.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

They always clean and change the towels, matresses and refills coffee, water, shampoo, tissue, toothpaste etc

We liked everything : the historical and impressive edifice, the impeccable service particularly at the Reception and Conciergerie, the location in the heart of downtown on the quaysides just next to the Merlion, at walking distance from many places of interest, the exceptional furniture and decoration, the gastronomy, the intimate swimming pool, etc. We enjoyed the Straits Club experience with its delicious and varied buffets from 6.30 am to 7:30 pm, where the personnel, in particular Liyana and John, made us feel at home in the “Monument”.

Room was spacious and the beds were good. Breakfast was also great both in quality and quantity.

Our stay was overall excellent. Everything was very well organized, the property was **spotlessly clean**, and the **location was great**, directly opposite the station, which made getting around extremely easy. What truly made the difference was the **staff**, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. A very special thank you goes to Amirah, who was absolutely wonderful — warm, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. She made us feel comfortable from the very first moment and truly enhanced our stay. Employees like her are a real asset to any hotel.
