Everything you need is in the room

The hotel has been renovated so everything is clean and neat. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the cleaning lady was sweating while she was vacuuming our room. She did a great job!

It’s right on the bus route even hop on hop off bus. Room was clean beds comfortable. Staff was great w knowledge about what to do where to go.

My room was so cute,cozy&comfortable. Loved it. Location is very good. Moreover I loveed all the staffs and their kind approach. Special thanks and gratitudes to Dear Letitia, Adham, Thomas, Nadyah, Jay, Sheirly, Yun Hao and Miza for their lovely surprise&kind gesture for my belated bday which meant a lot to me🙏🏼🫰🏻 I would stay in Amoy if I ever visit Singapore again.

They always clean and change the towels, matresses and refills coffee, water, shampoo, tissue, toothpaste etc

Well planned, very comfortable room with great river view. Better lighting than many hotels.

The location and the view of the marina bay sand, especially with the new year evening fireworks.

I was travelling with 2 elderly members and we had a late check-in (at almost midnight). The hotel staffs proactively communicated in advance regarding our special needs. Foods were provided as requested even tho they were not available on the hotel menu. Wheelchair was provided during the check-in as requested. And, we also got free upgrade to the Suite room :)

We liked everything : the historical and impressive edifice, the impeccable service particularly at the Reception and Conciergerie, the location in the heart of downtown on the quaysides just next to the Merlion, at walking distance from many places of interest, the exceptional furniture and decoration, the gastronomy, the intimate swimming pool, etc. We enjoyed the Straits Club experience with its delicious and varied buffets from 6.30 am to 7:30 pm, where the personnel, in particular Liyana and John, made us feel at home in the “Monument”.

Room was spacious and the beds were good. Breakfast was also great both in quality and quantity.

Location, staff and facilities.

I had a convention at suntec and the hotel is conveniently located across it. There is a bridgeway connecting the hotel to the convention center. Room was spacious. Staff were the best! From the gentlemen at the entrance who helped us with transportion, reception, housekeeping. They were awesome.

The location was perfect - right by the metro station and within walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are extremely clean. We stayed on 26th floor and had a wonderful view of the city. We will definitely come back.
