Location is perfect. Right below the hotel is the MRT & food court. It is attached to a mall via underground, which makes it ideal to not walk in the heat or rain in Singapore.

Location - very good Breakfast - excellent

The location is very convenient, with an MRT station just outside the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for three adults, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended

So good to see Esh again at the front desk. She got everything ready when I arrived and if’s so good to return! The room is comfortable and well maintained, thanks to the housekeeping team: Jennifer, Alinish, her colleagues servicing the 5th floor are hardworking and pleasant. To round it off, the check out with Ryan’s help was a breeze. This is my ‘go-to’ as a good place to rest after a long flight. Thank you, Ibis Singapore Novena. Such a great location to all the good food too!

We love the room service everyday. Clean bed everyday. I always had a nice sleep. Very comfy bed. Really big room. Very spacious. Very comfortable.

Just by the hawker center and bus stop. Rooms are a little bit tiny for 2 pax but it makes sense with the affordable price. Highly recommended for solo traveler who wants to use public transportation.

Clean and good airconditioning

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel during our trip to Singapore. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. He granted all our requests and assisted us with every query. The location is also very convenient; the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. There are several nearby food centers and markets, so finding meals and essentials was never a problem. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for comfort and accessibility.

This property was an 11/10. Everything was perfection. The ambiance of the plants outside, the decor - from very cool vintage patterns on chairs and couches to oriental rugs lining the check in desk, the pattern and design was mesmerizing. I made a mistake with my booking and it was up to the hotel if they wanted to help me or not and they extended me a goodwill gesture. In a world that at times can feel heavy, recognizing that sometimes people make honest mistakes and extending them the benefit of the doubt goes a long way. Because of this gesture from the hotel we want to come back again and stay longer next time. It made our whole trip! The rooms are so cute and the king bunk bed was a hit! We’ve been traveling now for 12 days and that was by far our best night sleep! It was luxurious beds. We also bought the package with dinner and breakfast included and I would highly recommend. Both meals were great but dinner was THE BEST Indian food we’ve ever eaten. Thank you for a perfect stay your charming and beautiful country, we will no doubt be back and more than that thank you Kamila and Sing for your generosity and extraordinary kindness and care!
