Quiet, nice building with nice furniture.

Love the location in this corner of Old Town Chiang Mai... short walk to market, temples and to lots of good food and coffee places. The Kalm Arts and Textile Gallery nearby is beautiful. Hotel feels like a home... rooms a little small but very cozy and nicely designed. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Nice to use the little common kitchen area and tables for your own breakfast. Love the House Cat Khun Mok who watches over everyone that comes and goes. Highly recommend this place to enjoy Chiang Mai

The staff there were awesome and the accommodations were close enough to walk into town but far enough where it was a nice and quiet. It is also very close to scooter rental shops which will allow you get around Chiang Mai.

Nice rooms and nice location. Friendly staff. Easy to walk into the old town and very close to local restaurants and convenience stores. The pool is small but still nice to swim in.

I have stayed many places in Chiang Mai. This one by far is the best. Up to date and clean. The hospitality is excellent, they will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Small kitchen with treats. It’s just well done. The owners care and that’s obvious. Also a great location to Chiang Mai gate. Be forewarned that there’s a little noise, but you will get that in most places in the old city, for me it’s nothing. Just book and enjoy

Room is very clean and located in good area. Only 5 mins walk to morning market. And 7 mins to Saturday evening market. The hotel has own parking spot. Quite at night. The has a mango sticky rice for breakfast as well. Recommended!

The place is close to the city center of Chiang Mai. It is fully renovated, I guess recently. The rooms are small but comfortable and everything is very clean. The staff is also lovely and kind. On a Saturday the street in front of it closes to cars and there is a great local market!!

Excellent location and chilled vibe.

Clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom. The host was really nice and accommodating. All staff is great. We really enjoyed our stay, near convenience store, ATM, food stores and Saturday night market. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back. Great rates for tours as well. We appreciate the daily water bottles for everyone.

The location is perfect for Chiang Mai, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
