The jacuzzi is honestly amazing, and the fact that it's connected to the bedroom directly with the window is just beautiful design. I also loved the shower.

The hotel is new, so everything looked great, spacious beautifully decorated room, very clean. And the staff was so polite and kind. This hotel ticked all the boxes.

Super sweet staff and great Pool!

12/5/2025-12/7/2025 This was my first time staying at this property, and it really feels like a hidden gem. The location is great and easy to get food and close to downtown (Ku Mueng). I can’t say away from thai street food! They also offer Thai cooking courses if you are interested please contact Pon! The staff are very friendly and professional. I also ordered their food, and it was really good. The place feels safe and secure. Pon was my main contact during the stay. He is very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s right in the middle of the city in the Hai Ya area and not too far from downtown. If I return to Chiang Mai, this is the hotel I’d choose again.

The room is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable, allowing for a deep and restful sleep.

Really good value, you get a lot for what you pay for. The room itself is large as is the bathroom, and the bathroom isn't a wet room, the sink and toilet area stay dry. The bed is a large king-size bed. The balcony is small but useful. I usually wake up earlier than my partner so it was a quiet place to read in the morning while my partner slept. The staff is friendly but gives you plenty of space. Maid staff was good about clearning our rooms when we were out for walks. The location is really good, not in the Old Town, but right next to it. There are a few coffee shops just a short walk away, with plenty of good options 10-15 minutes walking. Walked nearly everywhere, only used a taxi twice. Really happy to stay here, hope to stay here every time I travel to Chiang Mai.

The location is perfect for Chiang Mai, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The staff is AMAZING. It's a pleasure staying in a place with such wonderful staff. Love the layout of the hotel, open concept of the kitchen and free water and snacks 24/7. Breakfast is delicious. Location for walking or scooter is brilliant. Will be staying there for my 3rd time during my next visit.

We had a lovely stay here. The service was exceptional, very kind and helpful staff, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Close to town, can walk. Quiet neighborhood. Common area has coffee and drinks. Would Def come back 👍🏽
