the property is just opposite the Pattaya beach and many food choices within the hotel vicinity. rooms and facilities like pool are clean. worth the price and recommended for family.

Great, friendly staff and manager and pool was amazing. Location is amazing. Manager is clearly there present and giving clear instructions to all staff how to do 5 star operation. Will come back. Hopefully the prices will not go up.

The location is perfect . Even though the neighboring streets are noisy and too many shops around , this hotel is located near the beach road and is quieter than other streets.

The room was very comfortable. The design is Japanese style which was very calming. The staff were very friendly and polite, they provided free afternoon tea with cake.

All the staff here is very friendly. This hotel is located in the busy area of this city, but as this hotel stands in one alley from the main road, it's not noisy at all. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

We had a really wonderful experience here. Tangmo, who works at the reception, is extremely helpful, kind, and always welcomes everyone with a beautiful smile. She is very friendly and makes guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Aris, the boss, is super cool, friendly, and kind-hearted. She always does her best to make everything possible and ensures everyone is happy and well taken care of. Her positive attitude truly makes the place special. Kwang, who works during the night shift, is also very friendly, respectful, and kind. He is always ready to help and provides excellent service with a smile. Overall, the whole team is amazing, professional, and caring. Their hospitality and positive energy made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I would suggest adding hot water it's not that expensive . Maybe most importantly a softer mattress. I think I slept on a box spring, made my back hurt It was like sleeping on the floor! And the towels not even cotton at all just plastic some kind of fiber, bedding is also a plastic fiber non cotton They did try! they brought in a brand new mattress I kid you not it was a rock . Please take into consideration I am 60-year-old And most people over in Thailand sleep on the floor anyway so what am I complaining about right 😁✌️

Room are spacious and clean. Big screen smart TV is our favourite part of our room.

Perfect plase to have big extra fun with a better half.
