Our stay was absolutely perfect! We highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and amazing staff. Situated between two stunning beaches—Kata Beach and Karon Beach, both just a 10-minute walk away—you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Plus, shops, restaurants, and bars are all around. The pool, while it might have seen better days, was still a relaxing spot to unwind. Our room was spacious, offered a beautiful view, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. A special shoutout to Fat, one of the receptionists, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and had such a cool vibe. Thanks, Fat, for making our experience even better!

The property itself is great but what makes it stand out is the staff. They are all really polite, professional, generous, and friendly! Very impressive.

Hotel location is really good 400mt form beach just 10 minut walk. Next to kata night market. Staff are amazing always help fast check in. Room is big and clear.

Very central location, the bungalow had everything that was on the tin, aircon, fan, tea/coffee making facilities, a big bed, a hot water shower, and a quiet area, even though it is near the beach.

Location is excellent. 3 mins walk to karon beach and 5 mins walk to kata beach (I personally preferred karon).

Loved it. Great value for money, friendly staff. Place was very clean. It's located just next to Kata Night Walking Market, but not on the main street, so there is no car/motorcycle traffic. Everything (food, pharmacy, travel agency) is very close. 12-15 min walk to the beach.

Very comfortable bed, room is clean and new, good water pressure (weirdly it’s important for me). Will stay again! The owner is very nice!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is great, just steps away from Kata and Karon beach. The night market, cafe and restaurants nearby. The room itself was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

Love it. Breakfast buffet included in the price of the room, even for the people who wake up late. The restaurant is also very good for dinner (buffet and a la carte menu available). Rooms are comfy and very quiet.

Stayed with my friend for the weekend, everything was calm and no extra rush. The room was light and clean, bed was comfy – I sleep very well, which is rare for me in hotels. Breakfasts was pretty tasty, there was fruits and hot dishes – we didn’t stayed hungry. The hotel left nice impression.
