Even more beautiful than the photos, loved the green space by the river, the beds were so comfortable, staff was excellent

Nice location, outside of the main streets, 10 minutes walk there. Very close to China Town, it's an area I recommend. The pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. The room was clean.

This hotel is perfect for budget travelers! The staff went above and beyond to help me during my stay. The lady that works the late night reception desk, walked to 7 Eleven at 10pm to get me change! The room was good and very affordable!

Friendly 24/7 service drinks and snacks a available at reception. Great information and advise given by reception easy to communicate however still shop around for other offers. Cheaper when you pay in house also. Room has all that is required for general needs I had no ac room however the fan helped. Location is brilliant many food places nearby not far from city and night markets are also nearby. Other guests were friendly too. You can rent a motorbike also from them which is great. Definitely would stay again

Staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel was well looked after, room was stylish and comfortable and we loved using the pool almost every night. We originally booked for 3 nights but we extended another 3 as we loved it so much there.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient location.Close to Waroros market, Supermarket, convenient store, many good local restaurants, coffee shops nearby The staff was nice friendly and helpful. The room is quite large, comfy bed, good bathroom.

Room was better than we imagined. they provided us a bigger than we initially booked. Silent area - not many loud noises at night. Room was clean, no bed bugs were present. Not far from old city, around 5-10 mins walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel fully matches the description

The location is super convenience, surrounded with nice restaurants and cafes. The room is new and I really like the minimal style of the hotel itself.

It was really close to the Night Bazaar, which is a lot of fun to just walk around and find some decently priced street food at. The Sunday night market is very close as well. It's surrounded by beautiful temples. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it has a nice rooftop bar and a little cafe area in the lobby for your morning coffee. There are also a couple of stellar Japanese restaurants right across the street.

This is an amazing spot to stay in Chiang Mai. The location is perfect! We had amazing views of the fireworks, lanterns, night market for our stay during New Year's. The room is spotless and very big for a family of 4. The staff was super helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport. Had coffee pods for us for the morning, robes to use and very comfy beds. I would love to stay here again!

Decided to book since it was the only reasonably priced place during a holiday. Was slightly worried due to low reviews and even more so with 0 reviews on Google, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Clean, close enough to things, not too loud even with a bar downstairs. Would recommend even if it isn't the cheapest!

At first, when we arrived, we thought we were lost, but the reception or lobby was at the back. It was a good and comfortable stay. The best part is that it was clean, especially the toilet and bed, which were decent and neat. The room was actually big and came room with a balcony. I liked the style of the room. Also they have 2 swimming pool, location not a problem they also have motorbike rent its a travel perfect🫰
