Away from the din and drama yet close enough. Great accesibility to MRT . The staff were lovely. Special mention to Sun and Khun Phandaree. Katy was lovely too. Keep up the good work.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The hotel set up our transportation from the airport and it was easy to navigate. The breakfast was exceptional!! We loved our stay here.

My third stay here and it was great as usual. Staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is a welcome relief after a day of touring Bangkok and the rooms are modern and kept in good repair. I like the neighborhood a lot and it’s convenient to a variety of restaurants, attractions and good massage places. I can easily walk to the Grand Palace, Wat Po and the riverfront. The MRT is a 15 minute walk as well.

Excellent staff. Incredibly friendly and very helpful. It is not fake or performative, the people that work here are the best and very warm. The hotel rooms are very Clean. The airco was good, and beds are comfortable for a good night sleep. Felt very at home, and the shower was very good and great water pressure.

The room was big and super comfortable. The ttoilets are spotless, the staff super kind, it is 15 mins from Khaosan Road so it is in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was so good. You can see monitors (The reptile) from the balcony.

This place is a great retrospective guest house (even older than me I guess) but it's not a problem. It's run by a family. It's also their restaurant at the lobby. The room is quite old but clean enough. The beds are fairly comfortable. NO hot shower but yeah it's goddamn hot so I didn't need it tho. The AC worked well. The owner's a great welcoming attitude although he looked exhausted maybe because he has to run his restaurant and guest house at the same time. I don't get those who didn't like the place. You get what you paid for, ain't it? I'm Thai and I find it a reasonable price for a private room and near Khaosan road and tourist areas. For judging people, please leave your ego and try to understand that this is not a five-star hotel.

The place is a walkable distance from royal palace and Khaosan Road, yet it is in a peaceful neighborhood. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room are comfy with affordable price.

FIRST TIME TRAVALLING ABROAD AND OUR FIRST ACCOMODATION WAS THE BEST!!! AUNT RUNG THE CARETAKER SHOWED LOVE AND RESPECT!!! I REALLY LOVE HER AND THE PLACE ITSELF. 100% RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!

We had a lovely time in Baan Debtida.This is a small boutique hotel,run perfectly -immaculately clean,ultimate comfort-bed,pillow,etc.Beatiful outdoor space to sit,relax and cool down from the heat in Bangkok. I want to single out Leah and her colleague or partner not sure what their relation is,but both are absolute keepers, running all to great standards. We loved also the breakfasts every morning different substantial Thai breakfast,more like a dinner for the European standards, but absolutely delicious. Location is perfect-in a very quiet alley along the canal,completely remote from city noise. Wat Pho,the Palace,Khao San rd.are very close,so as China Town. We met the owner as well,who is a lovely man and gave us great recommendation where to go.This is my third time in Bangkok and still managed to find a hidden gem he recommended- Khlong Bang Luang floating market. If we return to Bangkok,we will definitely return to this hotel Thank you,Leah for making our stay so pleasant and easy.

This is a great little hotel, extremely quiet because it's back off the main road. Khoasan Rd is 10 mins walk. The palace and other major attractions are 20 mins. Wonderful, helpful staff, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast. I feel lucky to have been able to book it.
