Excellent location near MRT and Reifung night market. Clean and spacious room. Has hot and cold water dispenser, cookie on arrival. Can leave luggage with hotel.

The breakfast on the 9th floor is fabulous. There are plenty of options to satisfy all, from decadent to healthy options, from Asia to the west; I have never been more proud of being Taiwanese whenever I get to enjoy a hotel buffet in Taiwan; even more so when I get to watch the look of wonder in foreign guests' faces.

It was clean and the staff is kind and courteous

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nearby two bus stops, bank, and 7-11. Their breakfast buffet is great, there is always a new set of meals. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The place is nice and clean. The room is quite big and the bed is comfortable. Other furniture is fairly to the place. If you have the car or bike, the place is great with that reasonable price.

The staff was very welcoming, polite and professional. the room were comfortable and clean, bathroom and the lighting options were great. locations is very close maybe a block from the train station, very easy to get around.

The hotel location is very near night market. You can reach the night market by walking and also the hotel location is between two night market.

Location, and you get everything you need by the hotel or its immediate surroundings. Close to MRT and breakfast spots. Room is clean, lots of power outlets, good AC, and a good shower.

I recently celebrated my birthday weekend at H2O Hotel in Kaohsiung, and it was an experience I will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, the hotel surpassed all expectations with its exceptional service and luxurious ambiance. The staff at H2O Hotel were nothing short of amazing. Despite only mentioning my birthday during the booking process, every staff member seemed to know and went out of their way to make the day special. Their warmth and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly valued. The highlight was a surprise birthday celebration, complete with a delicious cake and a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday,” making me feel like a VIP. The ambiance of H2O Hotel is both sophisticated and inviting. Every detail, from the elegant décor to the relaxing atmosphere, contributed to a sense of tranquility and luxury. The rooms were immaculate and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail in the room’s amenities was evident and added to the overall experience. The food at H2O Hotel was absolutely mouth-watering. Each meal was a delightful journey for our taste buds, showcasing a variety of exquisite dishes. The dining experience was elevated by the courteous staff and the beautiful dining spaces, making each meal a memorable event. The pool bar at H2O is an exceptional spot, embodying a sense of elegance and class. Although we received coupons for the pool bar, we found ourselves enjoying the ambiance so much that we didn’t even use them. The setting was perfect for a relaxing evening, with stunning views and a chic atmosphere. A testament to their outstanding service was when I realized, after arriving in Taipei, that I had accidentally left a favorite T-shirt in my room’s wardrobe. The hotel staff promptly called me and graciously offered to send it to Taipei. This gesture truly exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction and their attention to detail.

In general, this hotel is comfortable and clean. It was a pleasant experience while I staying there. There is a nice and cozy located in the lobby, offering drinks, snacks,ice cream and steamed buns.

We loved the efficient, helpful staff. Can't rave enough about them, from the concierge, front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff, they were really helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The location was a big plus, too, very near the station, convenience store, banks, eateries etc. Bed and pillows very comfy, too.

Even though we didn't speak mandarin the staff was very quick to help us.Definetely reccomend if you want to be close to the train station.

The room was large and well equipped. It had a lounge area and an extremely clean bathroom. It was located right outside Kaoshiung main station, so you have easy access to the MRT/TRA. The check in/out system was automated and easy to use as you can switch the language. There are staff members on site to assist should you have a problem.
