Mattress, linens, pillows, duvet and towels were excellent. Heated bathroom tile floor - divine. Decor was tasteful and not overdone. Staff were kind and helpful.

The location, the fridge in the room, the basic breakfast, the option to leave luggage after checkout, and the warm rooms despite the cold weather outside.

Everything was nice, compared to the comments/reviews we was a little skeptical but upon arrival we were treated with the upmost respect. I didn’t get the young man’s name it as soon as we walked in the hotel he knew who we were and helped us so much. We’ll definitely coming back and we will definitely choose this hotel. :)

The room is generously big, very relaxed yet central location , excellent ambiance

Starting from the check-in, the staff were friendly specially Christian and the female receptionest ( I can't remember her name). The even sent me a birthday treat to my room. The room was comfortable and loaded with snacks and coffee. The location is good. The check-out process was fast.

They allowed us to do an early check-in so we could store our bags before our room was ready (free of charge) and they delivered bags to our room once it was ready! When we were done with the day we didn’t have to do anything! Very accommodating and free breakfast.

We liked everything about this stay! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, from giving me some toiletries that I forgot to helping me out with the suitcases. Location is great! Subway is close, walking distance to some major things. The rooms were clean and the beds were soo comfortable.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The staff is friendly The rooms are well thought out. With good attention to detail! The lounge and the 360-view rooftop are outstanding. We even enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast at the hotel entrance! Highly recommend!

Great location, loved the two onsite restaurants, view of the Empire State at night was lovely. Our suite was decent sized and comfortable, huge bathroom with bath.

Hotel in a central location, smaller than others, with fast and attentive front desk service, and comfortable, clean rooms, good price.
