I stayed here for work and was really happy with my stay. The room was very affordable but still had a proper bathroom with a bathtub, a good really good gym and excellent house keeping services every day. The staff were really friendly and let me have an early check in when I arrived sleep deprived from flight from Australia. The hotel is also right next to a really good Trader Joes store.

I love the Palace Hotel for it's location. The hotel itself is spectacular in every sense.

Location is great, a lot of attention to detail, staff is polite and helpful, lots of complementary perks that were really nice to have (museums, expressos, etc)

Located at the center of the city of San Francisco. Axiom was clean,room is bright and clean, provided filtered water and ice in all floors. Secure entry to the room floors via elevator key card access

Amazing value. Amazing location (just in front of historical powell st.& cable car). Amazing reception and help desk. People were very nice. Complimentary coffee and cream and tea was good quality and very useful before going walking ! Greetings totl the owners !

The hotel was probably in the best location we could possibly ask for given what we had planned over the 11 days. It was clean and well serviced and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and thought it was good value. We were super close to the Cable Cars, the Muni train stations, heaps of Restaurants along with Target where we were able to purchase food and drinks. The AMC movie cinemas were only a few minutes away and the area always felt safe to me.

This hotel is a gem! Beautifully designed and in a great location. Walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Especially with my request. Extremely clean and modern with very super comfortable beds. They serve free wine and gin from 5-6pm. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location in the vicinity of union square in lovely SF. Breathtaking lobby, beautifully decorated in Christmas, bar, pool table, elevators conveniently located in the front. We arrived around 1pm no questions asked we were able to check-in. Check out was just as easy. Valet was convenient and quick and they took well care of my car. The rooms were a good size, comfortable beds, heater in working condition, had enough pillows, blankets and bath towels, everything was just perfect. This will be our place to stay in the future.
