My mom doesnt walk and was Hard to take her to the Bathroom. Need to improve that. But i Love the property, crean, friendly staff And the breakfast buffet the Best. Thank you

The thing that stood most out was the 24 hour availability of prepared coffee, Tea, hot chocolate and cold water in the lobby. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and if you need something for cooking (or using their outdoor barbecues) you can borrow in the reception. Also there is some nice restaurants in walking distance from the hotel (went to Bahama Breeze and Pho 16 twice). You can also walt to the outlet mall (sometimes easier than driving and hunting for parking there). There was also a nice bar between the lobby and pool area (open to both sides), that looked nice even though we didn't get the chance to try it out

The location and surrounding area for the price very affordable. Located near the theme parks, retail stores, other hotels. Walking distance to local stores. In the future I will book this hotel again. This is a budget friendly hotel. My stay was very comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant. The free breakfast & parking was great! Went to this great restaurant called The Yard it was a restaurant & bar setting. The food was great affordable and delicious.

Really good rooms, and quiet. Good offering of breakfast. Staff very friendly. You'll need to catch a bus to universal, but it picks up right outside the hotel.

Everything was excellent, our waiter Vinney was excellent a beautiful person.

The place was very nice and well equipped, with a good view from the balcony, at night we could see the fireworks. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the location was excellent very close to Universal Studios, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, and free parking was a big plus. The host was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our two week stay and would definitely stay here again

Everything was great staff is great they just forget to mention everybody needs they’re id if they are staying in the room and the fire alarms goes off when u cook and it gets smoky
