Great location, valet parking which is so important in NYC, the staff was always pleasant, the design is modern and clean yet warm and relaxing.

Mattress, linens, pillows, duvet and towels were excellent. Heated bathroom tile floor - divine. Decor was tasteful and not overdone. Staff were kind and helpful.

The location, the fridge in the room, the basic breakfast, the option to leave luggage after checkout, and the warm rooms despite the cold weather outside.

The location in Chelsea was very good, so close to the subway entrance and the neighborhood was quiet. The private room was very big with a small kitchenette and a closet, the sheets were clean and everything was comfortable

We liked everything about this stay! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, from giving me some toiletries that I forgot to helping me out with the suitcases. Location is great! Subway is close, walking distance to some major things. The rooms were clean and the beds were soo comfortable.

Starting from the check-in, the staff were friendly specially Christian and the female receptionest ( I can't remember her name). The even sent me a birthday treat to my room. The room was comfortable and loaded with snacks and coffee. The location is good. The check-out process was fast.

The is a charming hotel that gets everything just right ! We especially loved the Juliet balconies outside of each room , the lovely lobby, complimentary breakfast and 24/7 snacks /refreshments . There is a graciousness to this hotel . Also slightly quieter neighborhood , by NYC standards , that keeps you away from too many crowds. Oh and the rooftop terrace was a delightful added plus !

Hotel in a central location, smaller than others, with fast and attentive front desk service, and comfortable, clean rooms, good price.
