Hotel in a central location, smaller than others, with fast and attentive front desk service, and comfortable, clean rooms, good price.

I recently enjoyed a short NYC stay at Hotel 32 32. Top 3 things I loved: 1) The modern rooms with comfortable beds and sleek bathrooms. 2) The rooftop pool and lounge offering great views of the city. 3) The well‑equipped fitness center and complimentary breakfast that made mornings easy.

Location was great. Second time we stay there. This time was even better. It was very clean, comfortable and the stuff was very helpful. We also used the washing machine what was a great plus for us.

Everything. The classy, old world feel mixed with up to date comfort and style. Incredibly professional, friendly staff. Wonderful eat in area as you walk in to the left, with fireplace and beautiful flowers and seating and expensive but delicious food and drinks. Good fitness centre and pool. Two room suites with super comfortable large king beds and outdoor balconies. Common use balcony on Level 20.

Mattress, linens, pillows, duvet and towels were excellent. Heated bathroom tile floor - divine. Decor was tasteful and not overdone. Staff were kind and helpful.

Location is unbeatable! In the heart of the Korean neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff is very friendly, specially the housekeepers (many tks to Debby). Plus, free coffee and water!

For a small room I have plenty of space. The bed and pillows are super comfortable.
