The electrical connection failed. We rented the place for 11 people, but there weren't enough beds; someone had to sleep on a regular sofa. It is close to a bar and supermarkets, and a 20-minute walk from Millennium Park.

Wonderfull staff and architecture and design of hotel. Great Location and loved our view from our room (able to see Chicago Theatre). Close to train station. Walking distance to Millennium Park and a brisk, longer walk to Riverwalk. Stores and restaurants in surrounding area.

Staff was friendly and great service. Everything was kept up and very clean. Bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, leisure areas were very pleasant, clean. Great info available, daily activities, group excursions, and the location was perfect. 1 block from Millennium Park, close to bus and blue line from O'Hare. Plenty of bikes/scooters close by. And walkable to Lake Michigan, the museums, aquarium and planetarium. Non profit hostel with all that you could need!! Definitely recommend 👌

Attractive common spaces. An older building that has been well maintained. Room was comfortable and a good size. You don't have AC control but the temperature was fine. Maybe a slight new paint smell but that also was fine. Great location. Short walk to Millennium Park and "the bean" for example. Significantly cheaper room price than some comparable hotels in the downtown area.

Amazing location in Chicago Loop close to the theaters and Rivera and Millennium Park. Average size clean room with good view. Good central climate control which is rare in moderns hotel where you get noisy ac unit inside the room.

Was clean and comfortable as well though room is small. Restaurant located on bottom floor as well saved us from having to go out during really bad air quality

The staff were super helpful. The hotel has a tie up with a parking garage that a little less expensive but still cost a lot. Walkable to the Millennium Park and there is bar/restaurant attached to the hotel which has breakfast at 7 am. A couple of coffee shops and Mcdonalds near by. Hotel has free purified water stations and they provide disposable water bottles which is amazing! very pet friendly with no additional charge which is great.
