Good neighborhood, easy to commute anywhere as it’s located in the central Manhattan. Clean, simple rooms.

The hotel is across from a New York police station, just around the corner of Penn Station. We felt safe walking home late at night, even though a man was sleeping on the sidewalk during the afternoon hours. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel. Everything was clean to satisfaction. The beds were comfortable.

Great localization close to metro station, Penn station, restaurants and some attraction. Very kind and helpful Staff. Tasty breakfasts with enough options to choose (cereals, toasts, fruits, eggs, sausages, pastries and more)

The location, the fridge in the room, the basic breakfast, the option to leave luggage after checkout, and the warm rooms despite the cold weather outside.

It’s better if there is a rooftop or terrace to hang out.

The location in Chelsea was very good, so close to the subway entrance and the neighborhood was quiet. The private room was very big with a small kitchenette and a closet, the sheets were clean and everything was comfortable

Everything was nice, compared to the comments/reviews we was a little skeptical but upon arrival we were treated with the upmost respect. I didn’t get the young man’s name it as soon as we walked in the hotel he knew who we were and helped us so much. We’ll definitely coming back and we will definitely choose this hotel. :)

Exellent location,friendly and helpfull staff,nice and clean hotel

The staff was super nice. The breakfast is a plus, everyday they have different options and you can have a good meal before going out to explore. The hotel leave you a ear plug, to help with noises. And although there are no hair dryers in the room, you can ask the front desk for one. The location is amazing, the neighborhood is fun and you have metro, target and cheap pizza half a block away.

I like quiet, and safe. It was very comfortable. The staff is friendly. I was so glad when i saw the room and said "PERFECT!".

Excellent stay! The location is perfect—close to all the key attractions. Breakfast was diverse and high quality, and the free coffee throughout the day was a fantastic bonus. I also loved the wine happy hour and the free cookies. A special thank-you to Alanna for being so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
