I love everything. Perfect score!

We really loved the location of the hotel - we felt safe walking around and fishermans wharf was very close by. We also loved the interconnecting rooms. The beds were very comfy and the facilities very clean. We loved that we were able to check in early as we were exhausted from our flight.

Best location for many activities.

The location is perfect for the wharf and there’s lots of public transit nearby. There are many amenities too and the stay is so cute and nice.

Very comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff (Ma'am Grace from Bacolod City) and good gym. Close to In-N-Out Burger, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39!

The room was very nice and clean. It had everything I needed. Also the location was very convenient to go out for a walk and see the city

It was a marvelous experience to stay at the fairmont just before New Year, decorations, lobby, halls, rooftop garden - all fantastic. The suite (spreckles) - marvelous, in room dining - fantastic, concierge, room service, front desk - all very accommodating, special Kudos to bellman Jonas for helping with luggage and showing us around.

The service here is wonderful! The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. >> We ended up having a late check-in due to unforeseen circumstances and when I messaged the front desk via the Booking.com chat, they were accommodating and understanding of our situation - and ready for us to check in when we arrived. >> We had an issue with the heat in our room on day 2 of our stay and the front desk attendant came to our room immediately to fix it. >> We also needed a place to store our luggage on our final day because our flight had been delayed, and once again, they were very accommodating. Our room, the shared facilities, and the hotel were clean and well-kept. I was hesitant at first, using a shared bathroom/shower facility but the bathrooms weren't far from our room and well stocked with soap, paper towels, mouthwash, and lotion.

You cannot beat the location of the hotel - the rest is just OK - it is not a 5 star hotel, but except for minor problems with water our stay was really good

Perfect location in the lovely San Francisco. Having their own parking lot is a great advantage to choose them. They were really helpful with everything. It’s close to many attractions and you can walk to anywhere. Definitely recommend it.

Lovely hotel in the heart of all the local action. Very clean and comfortable. Clean toilet and shower down the hall. Microwave, TV, refrigerator and closet in room. My bicycle fit in the room easily. 3 minute walk to Keys Jazz Bistro if you like Live Jazz Dinners like me.

The customer service at reception was exceptional. This was my second time staying here, and everything went smoothly. I believe Star Motel has a great location, beautiful rooms, and excellent service overall.

The location of Hotel Boheme is ideal. Great food in the neighborhood and very short walk to Chinatown.
