Hotels near Consulate General of Japan, Ho Chi Minh City

I’d never been anywhere in Asia before and this was the perfect place to stay to get the full Ho Chi Minh/Saigon experience!! Sunnie and her team are full of some of the friendliest and kindest people who helped with everything we could’ve needed! The property and buildings are stunning, clean, and it’s such a perfectly tucked away hidden gem that’s within walking distance or short Grab rides of so many yummy cafes, spas, and restaurants. All of our best recommendations came from Sunnie and her squad :) breakfast and Vietnamese coffees were always amazing, the beef pho is delicious!

I liked very much the comfort of the bed, bathrobe and slippers. Nice toiletries in bathroom. Tea kettle is alway nice to have. Breakfast was good with adequate seletions.

Great location, easy to get to various attractions and districts. Staff are super helpful and kind. The room itself was brand new, clean, quiet, with cold AC, hot shower (separate from toilet unlike most places), and cold mini fridge. Plenty of towels & toiletries. I felt like royalty staying here.

Everything! It’s so near coffee shops/restaurants and, District 1 is a grab away

The people running the hotel were incredibly nice - their English wasn't great but they called the owner when I needed help booking a car, she spoke perfect English. I didn't know what to expect but felt so safe walking in the area by myself as a woman - and being welcomed by staff as they were preparing meals or doing the washing up outside on the street. Breakfast is probably the most varied we've had in 3 weeks Vietnam (so far) with Phở, eggs (cooked to order), different fruits, dumplings, bacon, sausage, baked goods, you name it. This was our first stay in Vietnam (2 nights) and we found the beds harder than we're used to - but realised now they were softer than in most other hotels. Location couldn't have been better: apparently District 3 is close to everything without being too noisy and too touristy. There are shops, bars, excellent banh mi (and other street food), and a nice park nearby as well as most of the major museums and must-see locations. I would come back here if I stayed in Saigon again.

The staff was super nice and attentive! The bed was comfortable and the living space itself was very cute and homey. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% book with M Village next time we are in Vietnam!

Location to war Remnants museum. And a mile to most . Quiet street. Friendly employees

Perfect central location with a high-quality coffee shop right at the entrance - hotel guests even get a discount. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was excellent!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
