Everything is good, 7-11 shop is right next door and Circle-K as well. The hotel is grand, breakfast is well setup and well maintained. Great location !

I’d never been anywhere in Asia before and this was the perfect place to stay to get the full Ho Chi Minh/Saigon experience!! Sunnie and her team are full of some of the friendliest and kindest people who helped with everything we could’ve needed! The property and buildings are stunning, clean, and it’s such a perfectly tucked away hidden gem that’s within walking distance or short Grab rides of so many yummy cafes, spas, and restaurants. All of our best recommendations came from Sunnie and her squad :) breakfast and Vietnamese coffees were always amazing, the beef pho is delicious!

One memorable experience I had was at a hotel with a beautiful green environment. The gardens were well-maintained, providing a peaceful atmosphere. They also had a tennis court, where I spent a lot of time playing. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring a variety of Vietnamese dishes that were delicious. What made the stay even better was the friendliness of the hotel workers, who were always ready to assist with a smile

It’s a great location, the room was clean & had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked!

The hotel is located near the center, making it convenient to get around. There is a luggage lift, but I can walk up to the room without any problem

Although the hotel is small, it’s very clean and clearly well cared for. The cleanliness gave me peace of mind, more so than at many other places I’ve stayed.

Location was great. Close to great restaurants and other stuff. Can't really do review on the hotel as I didn't have chance to stay there. Not sure why they are offering rooms on booking when they are not interested in renting rooms.

I couldn't be more happy or satisfied, or both, with my stay at this hotel! Good location, it's just a walk (keep in mind, there's no pedestrian space in this area) from the Saigon Railways Station, this street has places where to eat or buy groceries, also a good idea to grab a "Grab bike/cat taxi" and reach the city's downtown without any major obstacle. I want to thank Ms Phu personally for her exceptional and humane hospitality attitude & good vibes and shared positivity; readiness to give a hint/advice/a tip on where to go and what to do around the city. You're a very nice lady, and I'm glad we met. Honored. Looking forward to coming to Saigon sometime next :) P. S. The room I stayed in is located on the very top of the building, there's a very beautiful garden, and five cats living - amazing; it just felt at home, very peaceful and calm. Sometimes it was hard to believe I actually was in Saigon at the same time (hustle and bustle city altogether with its zillions of bikes haha). The rooms were new, the facilities were new, and it was very clean.
