The staff at La Palm Boutique very friendly and they welcoming us very well, Ms. Helen, Mrs.Jenyy and Mr.Tony. Mr.Tony was so helpful and gave us a very good discount for transportation to airport. The hotel very simple and quiet. The location amazing in Old Quarter.

Friendly staff, always double check with you. Has great value for money- you're at the old quarter and you get spacious clean room plus the water pressure was very good on the fourth floor which is not obvious in this area.

It was super central in old quarter. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The front staff and cleaning staff were super nice and friendly! Tu (guy stuff) and the girl staff (didn’t get her name) were super friendly and helpful at all times!

The hotel was clean and in a great location, run by the most charismatic man in Hanoi, couldn't recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast was excellent, with eggs, many fruits, dumplings. Coffee was simple filter coffee, they were not offering more elaborate versions (Cappuccino, .. ). Location was great, within walking distance of the night market and the old town. The staff was excellent, very helpful with anything (suggestions of where to go - without trying to sell us stuff; bags.. ).

The full body massage was amazing! Girls at the reception were also excluaively supportive, comfy bed. Everything was perfect

Close to the bus station. Arrived very late so it was super convenient for me, just 3 minutes away. The room is tiny but enough for one night. You even get a huge storage space, both under the bed and inside the stairs to the bed. There’s AC, blowdryer, a kettle, soaps. Mr. Hai, the manager, was available on Whatsapp even in late hours.

It’s very well located. The staff and owner are such nice people.
