Everything is good, 7-11 shop is right next door and Circle-K as well. The hotel is grand, breakfast is well setup and well maintained. Great location !

Our stay at Anise Luxe Home was amazing from start to end. The staff was lovely and always there to assist with anything we asked. Welcomed us with a fresh comquit juice and give us all the info on the facility Breakfast was homemade with local Vietnamese dishes. Room was very spacious, well organized and perfectly clean. There was a 24/7 convenience store right at the corner, and all the main central spots of HCMC at a 30min walking distance. Totally recommended!

I’d never been anywhere in Asia before and this was the perfect place to stay to get the full Ho Chi Minh/Saigon experience!! Sunnie and her team are full of some of the friendliest and kindest people who helped with everything we could’ve needed! The property and buildings are stunning, clean, and it’s such a perfectly tucked away hidden gem that’s within walking distance or short Grab rides of so many yummy cafes, spas, and restaurants. All of our best recommendations came from Sunnie and her squad :) breakfast and Vietnamese coffees were always amazing, the beef pho is delicious!

Cozy place in the middle of the bustling city but tucked away on a quiet alley. The place has anything you might need and more. The mattress is hard, but surprisingly comfortable. The best part is probably the team who runs the place, super nice people, attentive and highly responsive.

great location, clean and peaceful rooms with good showers and comfy beds. the staff here were incredible, thank you so much to Danny for a warm welcome and sharing all your local knowledge with us! sorry we didn’t get to say goodbye in person! also definitely check out the spa! I had a very bad neck/ shoulder and got a ANMA massage. the next day I was sore but the day after that I woke up and was completely pain free! Anh was a magic worker and Tina on reception was so helpful and lovely. Hope we get to visit again!

Excellent locations and comfortable rooms. The staff are lovely and helpful. They helped me park my motorbike in their back room everyday and supplied free water. Really unique and cool decorations in the lobby.

Nice location a bit outside main downtown. Easy 15 min Grab or city bus to city centre. Great room, bed, and staff.
