The ambiance at the hotel is outstanding, making my partner and me feel at home. The frontline staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful, and warm. Balalaika will likely remain my preferred choice when in Sandton.

Woow! The reception by the security men in black suits, the Student receptionist and the Television in the room was amazing. This is my new home in Joburg going forward. Very nice and a variety of breakfast available. Very helpful hotel security personnel.

The staff was amiable right from the gate man to the front desk personnel. I arrived late for the check in but the front office lady was aware of my late booking and when I told her about my hunger issues, she offered quick solutions. I went on foot to pick up a meal at KFC and a few essentials at the supermarket late at night after assuring me it was safe. On my checkout, hich happened at 4am since i had to rush to the airport, without asking, I was instantly given my R200 deposit for the key once I handed it over. It was seamless. Keep it up folks

Everything from food, room, swimming pool to gym. Not to forget the gentleman who assisted with the luggage!

Fantastic property, excellent location, clean, great facility. It was wonderful to have a washer dryer in the apartment as my daughter got sick and had a few accidents. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Just a wonderful stay. Great hotel and service, highly recommended. Indoor pool was heated and excellent and was the reason we booked this hotel.
