Staying at Sanctuary Mandela was an exceptional experience on all counts. The staff was so friendly , helpful, and knowledgeable. The restaurant was a culinary delight. Nelson Mandela’s life stories are reflected throughout. We highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very modern and the staff is super friendly and more than willing to be of assistance. The breakfast was superb, the bed was so comfortable and the adorable dogs were just so heartwarming.

My second time here, I am always to stay here love the location next to the mall and fine restaurants, breakfast-excellent (cheers to the chef who was on the omelet section on 28th-29th March). She is always smiling while making yummy eggs :)). Will definitely stay here again!!

The location is amazing, in the heart of Rosebank and allows you a sense of security with the malls complex. We were in an incredible room and breakfast everyday in Rosemary, an incredible restaurant located in the entrance of the hotel.

Very clean, beautiful property, excellent staff

Great location, a 5-minute walk from the Rosebank Mall, which is safe during the day because there are many security guys along the way, however not recommended at all in the evening. The hotel has a nice restaurant for breakfast/dinner with plenty of options. Staff was kind and stored our luggage before check-in time. I like the high ceiling height of the bathroom.

Security and location. Room was very comfortable and quiet.

The staff is amazing, well trained and go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Nothing is too much to ask for and you are always welcomed and served with a smile. The food is excellent. The room exceeded our expectations. We were early for our breakfast as we had an early appointment, and this was absolutely no problem for the staff.

I loved that it felt like I had my own apartment, right near the event I needed to be at! Great to have a separate bedroom and the kitchen had everything I needed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful—would definitely book again. There is a supermarket right across the street so it was nice to not have to rely on eating out for every meal.

I think they should start creating different style of breakfast for the people who are staying for more than 2 days same breakfast everyday became boring

Beautifully appointed and welcoming lobby. The room was equally lovely. Enjoyed immensely the private patio and outdoor shower. Unanticipated luxury at reasonable rates. Exceptionally comfortable bed and plush sheets and towels. Staff went above and beyond to please and assist.
