I loved the security at the place, the malls connected to the hotel. The room has everything I needed. It had great views of Pretoria.

The staff are absolute gems who treat guests like royalty. I was treated with such warm compassion and was emotionally supported throughout my stay (my husband was admitted to a hospital in Pretoria in a critical condition, and I stayed at the Lodge to have a shorter commute and to be closer to him). I received such a thoughtful and special "Care Package" with the most beautiful card from all the staff - this exceptionally kind and thoughtful gesture and treatment came from strangers, who became instant family, to whom I will be eternally grateful for and never forget... There is also a restaurant on site, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the meals, especially the breakfasts and pizza, and of course, the excellent and attentive service!

They managed to organize Uber because their shuttle car was going for service.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was just as amazing. It was a Buffet, but excellently prepared each and every food item was amazing, the Chefs were really experienced as well as all the staff. They offered shuttle services and that was so great too, and they offered a really safe and wonderful environment.

the location was so convinient for me. near by restaurants, bars and the mall. i also liked the fact that i couldnt hear any noise from outside when i was in my room. until i would go the balcony and realise how noisy it was outside. i know it sounds silly .

It was very clean and they had great breakfast variety. The staff were very polite and always ready to help.

That all my requests were met and the hotel is conveniently situated.
