My stay was absolutely awesome. Norma is an excellent host — warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a great experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Birmingham

The owner and the staff at this Lodge were amazing always asking if everything was okay if we needed something. They arranged for a cab when we needed one no problem at all. Beds were comfy room was large. We booked 5 weeks before we travelled so unfortunately no main floor room was available there is no lift so if mobility is a problem might not be for you. Ask them tho if they have it they will do what they can for you.
