Honestly this is one of the few places where I can say that everything from A-Z was on point. The staff first of all is the most genuine and friendly, from the moment we checked in we felt very welcomed and all our needs were met. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely exquisite, everyday is a different variety of options so we were never bored. It was actually my birthday and the staff made sure to have a beautiful celebration that I will never forget. The villa and the amenities are very clean with lovely products. I totally recommend staying here if you are looking for privacy and chill time. They also decorated the room on my birthday with balloons which was really lovely of them 😊

Our family had a wonderful stay at Utupoa. After three nights, we really felt like it was our home away from home. The building is a wonder and itself worth the visit. Joyce and her team were so attentive, personable, and helpful and family-style meals were excellent. Utupoa sits directly on the beach and easily reachable by foot from the village of Matemwe. The hotel is a bit away from the beach, but I Loved the fact that they had private guest taxis to the beach and a walking guide on site should you choose to walk. The food was good and the staff were so kind and attentive! Made the place feel so welcoming. Wish I had stayed longer. Lovely hotel.
