Property was a nice bit of luxury and space with a serviceable gym and got a room upgrade to the lakeside rooms, drinks on patio and nice breakfast. The room is expansive with nice balcony looking over the lake.

The setting of this hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. We loved our breakfast here every morning and the dinner was fantastic as well especially with singer and guitarist and view of the mountains all around. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the shuttle service pick up and drop off from the train station.

Modern room design and comfortable bed. Had amazing breakfast (great variety of hot dishes) and dinner at the hotel bistro. Polite staff and we can get to check in the room early.

Wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to support us. All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. The lakeside lounge area was gorgeous. The evening piano player was an unexpected bonus!

Perfect centrally located airbnb room in a safe and walkable area in Lugano. The hosts were friendly and communicated all the amenities and surrounding attractions. We arrived to a clean and warm setting that made us feel at home. I would stay here again!

Sweet little house with amazing views in a lovely village in the hills above Locarno. We came without a car, expecting to be able to walk into Locarno, which was trickier than expected, but the bus connections were frequent and excellent, so this was less of a problem than we initially worried. And the views were great to come home to after a day of film-going/sight-seeing. We didn't meet Arianna in person but she was a responsive host.
