Luxury Hotels in Nice

This was a lovely , clean and comfortable apartment. It was bright and sunny and had a balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed- though we did not cook there. The beds were comfortable. We loved the location - easy walk to the old town, the promenade anglais , the train station-Nice Ville and various buses. Found 2 coffee shops open at 9 am daily which was perfect - fabulous coffee, scones , croissants. I would happily stay there again. There is an elevator- very small 1 person, 1 suitcase. Cool electronic key fobs for the gate and front door of the building. One full bathroom- shower toilet and sink - access from the hall. Bedroom 2 had a shower and sink. Near the front door was a toilet and sink.

Excellent hospitality, excellent manager in the middle of Nice next to the "promenade des Anglais" and near everything in town.

The host provided a door code for both the main entrance and the door to the apartment in advance, so entry was a breeze. The apartment is located in the Center area of Nice, close to many restaurants, bars, the main shopping area of Nice (H&M, Zara and Galeries Lafayette), and Promenades des Anglais, a wide promenade for walking, jogging or biking along the Mediterranean Sea. Although the apartment did not have a dishwasher, we appreciated the clothes washing machine instead! The kitchen also had a stove, refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and apartment was very clean. We did not use the jacuzzi, but it is available for use! We especially liked to take our morning coffee and pastries at Maitre Pierre, a boulangerie steps away from the apartment. A very good Italian restaurant, Cresci, is also located steps away and has been in operation for decades. The pizza was very, very good! Also nearby was a branch of a market (Utile) which we used daily to buy French rose wine and other goodies.

The location was great. In the middle of the old town, so close to the sea and 25 minutes walk to the train station. The appartment was very clean and well equiped. Good for family or friends. The building doesnt have elevator; which was ok for us but pay attention if you have knee problems.

Good location, secure, clean, beautiful design inside and out

Location and hospitality. The location was perfect just 5 minutes walk from the jean medicine avenue and 10-15 minutes walk from the old town and main touristic attractions, so actually you don't need any transportation to explore the city. The host Ms.Corrina was extremely kind and nice and we really felt like we were at home, we especially enjoyed our breakfast and the best orange juice:)!

The location is great l, very close to public transportation, so it is very easy to get around. The apartment is very well decorated and stocked, so it made us feel at home. The furnitures are very comfortable so we rested well after long day of exploring the area. The host, Quentin, is very kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions about transport options, and he made great dining suggestion. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Nice location and love the decor.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Nice, France, booked through Florida Blue. From the beginning, our host was extremely easy to communicate with—very pleasant, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the door by someone who explained everything clearly and handed us the keys. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely—spacious, bright, and modern with a true European charm. One of the highlights was the balcony with stunning views overlooking the sea. The beach was just a short 2-minute walk away, which made our stay even more special. Inside, the apartment had everything we needed. All amenities were provided, the air conditioning worked perfectly (which we really appreciated), and the beds were incredibly comfortable—I felt well-rested every morning. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication was seamless—we could message the host on WhatsApp or even call if needed, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. The only minor challenge was parking. Street parking can be hit or miss, but with a bit of luck, we sometimes found a spot nearby. Alternatively, there are several public parking garages in the area, which worked just fine when street parking wasn’t available. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and within close proximity to the old town, children’s parks, museums, and all the main attractions. It was a perfect fit for our family of three (two adults and one child). The apartment itself is cozy and well-suited for a small family. It includes a bedroom with a bed for two people and comfortable sofa bed in the shared living area, a compact dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine was especially convenient for a longer stay. The apartment is located in a lively and vibrant neighborhood, so you may hear some noise from nearby bars in the evening. However, the sound insulation is excellent—once the windows are closed, it's surprisingly quiet inside. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning during our stay, as the weather was mild, but it’s worth noting that the unit is high-quality and works very well if needed. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking at home, but with so many fantastic restaurants nearby, we opted to eat out. There is also a really good coffee shop just across the street, and there are plenty of excellent bakeries and dessert spots in the area. Our host, Frederic, was truly exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. He allowed us to drop off our luggage early at 2pm and even drove us to the airport at 5am, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated kindness. We would gladly stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Nice is a beautiful city, and with so many incredible places nearby—easily accessible by car or train—it’s the perfect base for exploring the region. Truly a special place.

Well located hotel (20 min walking till Nice old town, beside a mall and the train station) with an amazing staff and great facilities. We've been traveling a lot and this was the best hotel by far. The professionals working were so polite and helpful!
