Exceptional find in Bressanone. Loved the property, the suite with terrace, the view, the food (amazing) and the personnel. Would for sure recommend and come back.

Very clean and very kind staff, especially the one who work at restaurant/breakfast and bar 10/10. Very good food and tasty from breakfast to dinner. We almost miss to book half board but luckily we got to book dinner , big thank to hotel team.

The staff was above and beyond. We have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels / luxury hotels and this staff was “authentic” not “in your face” but noticed when you needed their services. We will most definitely return multiple times. It truly was worth our “time”. Luica the manager of the main restaurant…..they are blessed to have her, she is truly caring about “you”!

The hotelstaff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. Everything was clean and beautiful. The food was amazing.
