I can't say enough good things about the apartment. Let me start with the host Francesco - he was amazing! He waited for us at check-in, helped us with our 4 large bags, gave us great tips and helped us move out again. Then the apartment - it is amazing. All electronics are new, the apartment is huge with 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location could not have been better. You are less than 2 minutes walking distance from restaurants, shops and stores. I definitely recommend the place and the amazing host. You will not be disappointed- guaranteed!

Beautifully clean, spacious and with fantastic views over Olbia from every window. Group of 6 adults and each double bedroom was large and comfortable. Central location within easy walking distance of main streets, shops and restaurants.

It was well Renovated and new

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Toiletry is simple, but plenty. The jacuzzi and the spa massage was very relaxing. Parking was easy.

Absolutely everything. The property is in very quiet and safe area. The whole building is very brand new, very modern, stylish , everything is perfectly clean and shining, the impression is like walking through the 5* hotel. Breakfast was very fresh and full of various, sweet and salty delicious choices, also offering real Italian espresso. “Diamante” room with private terrace and small private pool was the most gorgeous room we have ever stayed. Worth it every cent. Room is absolutely equipped with everything you could need. “Chic&Charme” name of accommodation and “Diamante” name of room are real description of what you will find. The last and the most important, Carmen and Cristian are lovely hosts, very warm welcoming, totally opened for all questions, recommendations. I suggest to ask them for suggestions when you create plans for exploring areas around and organize excursions, they would recommend the best options for you. Also, trust them about food and restaurants recommendations.

Location near airport with parking. Large comfortable room. Super friendly hostess. Great restaurants nearby!
