The place was big enough for two people. There was everything I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. The self check-in was very convenient and the host was very responsive by message. Our room was ready a bit earlier than the check-in time, which was appreciated. The place was very clean. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Tokyo and want to be close to Shinjuku

The place was Amazing! It is spotless clean, very spacious, having everything we need. Good location, peace and quite and also its so close to train stations, restaurants and grocery shops.

We loved staying at this hotel. It truly felt like an oasis away from the busy city. The garden is beyond beautiful and has a very romantic atmosphere. The interior of the hotel feels antique and full of character, yet everything is very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were very professional, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay. The bathroom is lovely and the shower was very pleasant. To add the bedding is soft and the bed was amazing. The view was the most memorable part of our visit. The city view is absolutely stunning—you almost don’t want to close the curtains. My partner and I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we are already looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel breakfast was great and the hotel amenities fantastic. It is in a great location to 2 nearby train stations and was always a welcome sight to return to at the end of the day.

The hotel staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. The location was excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the metro. The rooms were very clean, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. There was absolutely nothing negative. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo.

Premier includes two lounge access with effectively included halfboard and beverages and they're all very good. Most of the staff speak good English. Great rooms, great view of the government building.

Great location, accessible to the trains, convenience stores and food places. We loved the fact it was so near Ueno park where there were lots to explore. The room was just right for our family of 5 and ready when we checked in. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The amenities they provided made our stay enjoyable.

Everything!!! We loved how it gives us a calm neighborhood after a whole day of exploring the bustling streets of Shibuya/Shingjuku/Ginza… We love how homey the place felt. We are a family of 6 with 6 large and medium luggages and we still have plenty of space to move around. We love the location! It is close to the Ginza line and the JR line. For sure, we will be coming back. ⭐️

Superb location and modern facilities, but retaining a traditional Japanese aesthetic. The views from the rooms are also phenomenal. Good for walking around as well as first time visitors to Tokyo, I think. Close to stations, restaurants and the Sumida river.
