The apartment was fabulous! Very spacious and luxuriously decorated. Bed was amazing. I felt like slipping in a cloud. Huge TV screens in both bedrooms. Bath was stuffed with all you will ever need including all kinds of shampoo and conditioners and tooth paste and other things you don’t expect to get for free in a rental. Great kitchen too. Check in and communication with owner was easy, Location is very good only 5 minutes away from city center. There is also a nice garden area.

Clean and new apartment, in a new apartament building with nice surroundings. Everything was clean and as advertised, the parking spot in the underground was a definite plus.

The appartment is a very nice and clean , with all the facilities, just like in the pictures . It has also a free parking nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful. It is not so far from the Center of the City. We had a very nice stay at this appartment .

The apartment was in exceptionally good condition, like brand new. Everything was clean. Communication with the host was easy, instructions were straightforward. Would really recommend to anybody who's willing to spend some time in the city.

The location is very good and convenient, considering that we've had certain work meeting in downtown. As well, we appreciated the free parking available for this property. As regards the apartment it is very large and well equipped.

Wonderful apartment, great location up a hill from where you have a great view on Cluj. At night you don’t need a tv, just open the curtains and there you have it. The best movie in town. Spotless clean, modern and cosy at the same time, very romantic. We stayed there 3 times already and the search for any other accommodation in cluj has come to an end for us. We will always choose Evo Residence any time is available! And thank you for the great communication! Felt better than home!

Self check-in to a clean, cozy apartment. Two large smart TVs - one in the living, the other in the bedroom. Comfy bed, great coffee machine. Plenty of parking places behind the building.
