Decor, service, everything was perfect

Apartment was excellent .Very modern and clean. Great canal views .Walking distance to V.A. Waterfront and restaurants Safe and Secure. Property manager Lucky was great. He looked after all our needs and provided unbelievable service. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend.

The place is perfect in every way. The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. It is well stocked with excellent amenities, including a lovely selection of quality wines. Stef, the host, and George from housekeeping were extremely welcoming, professional, friendly, and helpful, and accommodated all our requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with the V&A Waterfront within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

Leana and Louis were very attentive to our needs and generous with their time and gracious hospitality. Their eye for details like providing distilled water and ice made from distilled water, made our stay comfortable and their personal touch, made our stay memorable. And the location was amazing.

We loved the suite…so spacious, location was excellent, staff incredibly helpful and friendly … both Yu and MKT restaurants were amazing… fabulous food and friendly professional servers!!!… would definitely book again!

Excellent service from the time we walked in right up to the time we checked out! We were lucky enough to be upgraded but the standard is incredibly high to start with. Welcome drink, bed turn downs, and daily hand massages all part of a normal day. Breakfasts were amazing!

Location is central and very accessible. There are plenty pf Restaurants with in walking distance, The V&A Waterfront is not far at all and easy access to the other tourist attractions The apartment was very clean, spacious and the building is vey quiet and peacefu. and has amazing views

Overall I would say I will be back. I would recommend it to anybody. The host is very accommodating.

The Room, the view, security and service

The check-in was well organised, and the host was thoughtful and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and very well situated. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very central location. Safe area. Have own garage. Room was very spacious and clean. We love the patio area ~even though we went there in a low season we really enjoyed it. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional ~ best omelette ever. Room also has plug type switcher, we used our electronic stuff without a problem. We will definitely want to stay again.

The apartment was in an absolutely wonderful location, with coffee shop & restaurants downstairs, a yoga center & grocery store nearby, and within very reasonable walking distance of so many great places - Bo Kaap, V&A Waterfront, stadium, Beach R. You do have to be smart about not walking during the night time, but otherwise during the day it was great! The cleaning staff were wonderful and communication with the owner Belinda was amazing - so appreciative of that.

Everything It’s beautiful ,I’ll definitely be back

I got there at midnight new year and everything in Capetown was booked but the front desk receptionist was so kind and did his best to get me an early check-in. He was able to get me and my girlfriend a room within 1 hour. I had to pay a small early check-in in fee but I was so glad and will forever be grateful to the guy. Everything was exceptional

I stayed here for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt safe and quiet, which I really appreciated, and the location is excellent, close to shops, cafés, and easy to get around. Everything I needed for a short stay was available, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Ansu was communicative and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. She also makes a mean breakfast! I can honestly say the care that I experienced from the staff was exceptional, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Exceptional service and probably the best hotel breakfast ever. Great to have private secure parking too and attractive outside areas.

Near CBD. Grocery is just at the Ground flr. Automated doors/security. Clean unit. Safe place. Samuel is responsive to queries and very gracious for our request to check out 1hr later than the regular check-out hrs.
