The Victorian Goose is a homely B and B, built and decorated in an elegant Victorian style with character and charm. We are situated in the beautiful suburb of Newlands in the Southern suburbs of Cape Town. We have a warm welcoming fire place for the chilly winter months and a refreshing pool to cool off in throughout summer. Our rooms are all uniquely designed for your every comfort. We serve up a delicious, home-cooked breakfast. As owners, we are here to assist you in anyway in order to make your stay a wonderful one.

Neighborhood info

Our neighborhood is conveniently situated and we are within walking distance of many shops and restaurants namely, Cavendish Square Shopping Mall and Palmyra Junction. Both are great to grab a cup of coffee, buy groceries or shop up a storm. For cricket fans you don't need to fuss about finding parking as the stadium is a short 10 minute walk away. Even though we are located in the suburbs, major tourist attractions such as The V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, Kirstenbosch, Table Mountain and the Constantia Winelands are all a 20-30 minute drive away.
