United KingdomModern hotel with good-sized rooms, very comfortable beds, good parking and is nicely decorated. Excellent and friendly staff on reception and the breakfast area. Nice to have pool etc, though we didn’t use.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Facilities were good and Ben on the Leisure/Pool facilities area was really warm and welcoming (credit to the hotel! - take note Mercure!) Normally the leisure facilities staff in hotels can be somewhat boring or they keep themselves to themselves. But he was an asset to the company on his welcome, information, and ensuring all was good.
Breakfast team were also very friendly and warmly welcoming.
Beds were comfy, room was clean, and the bathroom was of decent standard also
