United StatesWe chose to spend two nights at the Corran because it seemed to offer a perfect loci for visiting all the stellar attractions in the immediate area and we were well rewarded. Can't comment on hosts because we never did meet anyone but it wasn't needed. The rooms were spacious with a very comfortable living area and could have easily accommodated more than just the two of us. The property itself was a gift being right on a Loch with incredible currents and vistas. The ferry service offered to cross to the restaurant / pub and a brewery across the Loch was so accessible and added a unique touch to the experience. We reserved for two night and would have wanted a third! Highly recommended.
