Incredibly helpful staff. I went through a difficult time while staying there and they were very supportive for me and my partner. I can't thank them enough. They are doing their part to bring new life to this area. The villas are quite nice and modern, and the grounds are well-kept. The on-site cafe is a nice touch too. There are reciprocal agreements with nearby onsen hotels for you to use their facilities too.

The owner was amazing. We were stranded in Saiko and he went out of his way to drive us to get food and to make sure we were comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay, would do it again.
