NetherlandsWe had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout out visit. Both the hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The Novotel brand comes with a pretty strong standard expectation for a clean room, good breakfast, pool, and a comfortable Bed. The Novotel Lyon delivered well on that. I have stayed here before and would happily do so again. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the city makes it very convenient as a stopping off point on a long journey.

Nice rooms. The location is a little out of the main city area, however we chose the Confluence Novotel as it had reasonable priced and safe parking.
Supermarket, shops and public transport very close by.
